Tenner Grids is a addition math puzzle that combines Sudoku rules with those of Kakuro. The numbers 0 to 9 must be filled in each row and the numbers in a column must add up to a given target sum. Numbers may not be repeated in rows. Tenner Grids math puzzles are also known as 'From 1 to 10', 'Zehnergitter' or 'Grid Ten' puzzles. These math puzzles are great to practice addition skills and teachers and math learners can really benefit from our printable math puzzles. The rules of Tenner Grids math puzzles:

1. Numbers may appear only once in a row
In the above image of Tenner Grid puzzle, the grid size is 10 by 5, 5 rows and 10 columns. The numbers 0 to must be filled in in each row and numbers may only appear once.

2. Numbers may be repeated in columns
You can use the same digit in a column. Only in rows numbers cannot be repeated.

3. Numbers in the columns must add up to the given sums
The number in each column must add up to the target sums printed at the bottom of each column. In the example above we see the numbers 4, 7 and 5 in the 2nd column. With a target sum of 23, the missing 4th numbers is of course a ............. 7.

4. Numbers in connecting cells must be different
The numbers in connecting cells, also diagonally, may not be the same.
